Some people -- including Heather Mills and Kenny Loggins -- have said that that the Hippocrates Health Institute -- a leafy green hideaway and wellness spa in West Palm Beach -- is a marvelous mecca of healthy living, where visitors can totally transform their lives with sprouts, wheatgrass, massages, daily enemas, and positive thinking. Critics, however, say the institute's programs are a pricey way to starve yourself.

Interested in checking it out for yourself? Before you spend one to three weeks (and thousands of dollars) going through the "Life Change Program" at Hippocrates, you can visit for free this Saturday when, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the institute holds its 7th Annual Rawfest. There will be music and lectures, plus an invitation to swim in the "world-famous" chemical-free swimming pools and eat healthy foods and raw vegan ice cream.
