If childhood memories of tasting Maneshewitz Concord Grape at Passover Seder have tramautized you for life against kosher wine, give them another chance. Both you and kosher wines have grown up since your Bar Mitzvah. Just about every kind of wine, from Chardonnays to Cabernets can be found in the kosher wine section.

On January 22 at 7:30pm, Temple Beth Torah in Tamarac will host "Red, White and Kosher", an evening of kosher wine and food pairings. Discover new kosher wines from around the world, paired with delicious foods.

Sommelier Mike Maletta will be on hand to discuss each wine. The cost is $60 per person and includes passed appetizers, followed by a six course tasting, including dessert and wine. For reservation information, call (954) 721-7660, ext. 110.
