Upscale casual Brio Tuscan Grill, part of the Ohio-based Bravo Brio Restaurant Group chain, is slated to debut in the Shops of Boca Center mall sometime this fall.
The 8,400-square-foot Brio will be the chain's fourth SoFla location, joining fellows in Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Pines and Palm Beach Gardens. At the
center it will add to a restaurant mix that ranges from McDonald's and Starbucks to Morton's and Todd English's Wild Olives.
Expect
a menu of such Italian restaurant staples as fried calamari, lasagna
and veal marsala, as well as such Brio signatures as crab and shrimp
cakes, artichoke-crusted beef medallions, rigatoni with grilled chicken
and mushrooms in red pepper sauce, and an assortment of flatbreads.
