No word on whether pitchman Larry King will be on hand for the event, but the Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. is opening this Wednesday December 8th in Palm Beach Gardens at 4:30pm. They will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony honoring the first franchise location, and attendees will receive a complementary iced coffee or beverage of their choice.
This new restaurant -- which claims that the water in Brooklyn is the secret to making a great bagel, and that
they can replicate the water even here in Fla -- will be serving
breakfast, lunch, or early dinner, and of course fresh bagels around the
clock made daily. The restaurant will be decorated in Firehouse
memorabilia in honor of D'Angelo, a member of the staff, who worked as a
firefighter serving the New York community from Firehouse No. 247
including being a first responder of 9/11. Stop by and enjoy a free
drink and a fresh bagel on Wednesday at 4403 Northlake Blvd (in the
North Mill Plaza). More franchises are expected soon -- at the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood Airport, the BankAtlantic Center, and in Coral Springs.
The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. will be open seven days a
week from 6am- 5pm. For additional information, call 561-296-9166 or
