You've seen her on the Food Network, between the covers of glossy food magazines, even hawking Crisco; now you can see Michelle Bernstein actually... cooking.

Yes, even celebrity chefs get behind the stove once in awhile, and come Saturday, December 11, SoFla's biggest culinary star will take her turn around the ranges of her eponymous restaurant at Palm Beach's Omphoy Ocean Resort as host of a holiday cooking demonstration.

Bernstein and exec chef Lindsay Autry will cook and serve a four-course holiday brunch, complete with wine pairings, passing out some of those professional chef's tips that make her food always taste better than yours.

The demo runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and costs $150 per person, which includes an autographed copy of Bernstein's latest cookbook, Cuisinea Latina, not to mention the chance to lord it over all your friends that you hung out with Michelle Bernstein and they didn't.
