Folk is the music of ramblers and wildcats, grifters and coal miners, killers, thieves, pimps, train hoppers, hitch hikers, hillbillies, rednecks, ex-slaves, families, farmers, Americans, immigrants, basically anybody, and everybody, you know, folks.

This Sunday at The Roundup in Davie (9020 West State Road 84 corner of Pine Island and 595) from noon to 9 p.m., 18 performers will put it all out there for the 2010 South Florida Folk Roundup. Cover is $15 to $20, log on to browardfolkclub.com for more info or call 954-341-5953.
