UK synthpop band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, better-known as the abbreviated OMD, will be making their first-ever Florida appearance at Miami's Grand Central on September 16.

OMD released its debut single, "Electricity," on iconic label Factory Records and finally made its mark with the hit single "Enola Gay." Following this success, the band wrote the song "If You Leave" for John Hughes' 1986 film, Pretty in Pink.

Advance tickets are on sale for $25, and more information can be found on Grand Central's website.

Enjoy the video for "Pretty in Pink" favorite "If You Leave" after the jump.
