Last time Peaches was in our swampy parts, she was busy turning Mansion into a freakshow during Winter Music Conference 2007. But she'll be back soon -- November 6 to be exact -- in support of her latest album I Feel Cream.

But if for some, hopefully, very good reason you can't make it to the show at Revolution in Fort Lauderdale, you can always settle going to the afterparty. Rokbar (1905 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach) has JD Samson on board to get this Peaches' show on the road to South Beach. Whether Merrill Nisker herself will be there is unconfirmed.

But Samson is good reason enough to go. A little backstory: Samson is best known as one-third of Le Tigre (see "Deceptacon"), and as one-half of duo MEN with Johanna Fateman, also of Le Tigre.

What's her (yes, HER) Peaches connection, you say? She played keyboards during the Impeach My Bush tour as part of Peaches' band the Herms. Currently, she's been doing the solo DJ thing of a while including spinning at O.H.W.O.W. and White Room, both in Miami, a few months ago.

So if you missed her then, now is your chance to catch her doing her thing alongside resident DJ Gunars. Doors open at midnight and, as always, there's no cover -- just try to look the part.

After the jump, Peaches' video for "Boys Wanna Be Her," which features JD Samson on keyboard.
