Michael Jacobs -- a 43-year-old band booster for Cypress Bay High School in Weston -- liked to have parties at his place with weed, alcohol, and porn.
The problem is, those parties were "sleepovers," and the partygoers were boys between the ages of 12 and 13, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
The BSO says Jacobs was "luring" the boys to his Weston home with the aforementioned party supplies in the summer of 2009, and proceeded to engage in "lewd acts" with eight of the boys.
After the "luring," the sheriff's office says he would show the pornographic videos to the boys, then engage in the sexual acts with them.
The boys are now between the ages of 14 and 15, the sheriff's office says, and investigators believe there are more victims than the eight they've identified.
Among the 28 charges Jacobs currently faces are lewd or lascivious battery, lewd or lascivious molestation, lewd or lascivious conduct, lewd or lascivious exhibition, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and showing obscene material to a minor.
Jacobs is currently jailed on $50,500 bond.
