After getting kicked off a county bus for rapping/yelling with a healthy dose of profanity on November 18, the cops say 19-year-old Demetrius Vidale threw a rock at the windshield of the bus, shattering it.
Vidale's mother turned him in to the Broward Sheriff's Office last night after seeing the video of the event played on TV, and he now faces a charge of throwing a "deadly missile," a felony that carries a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
According to an arrest report from the sheriff's office, Vidale was on the bus -- wearing a Santa hat with his foot up on the railing -- yelling and cursing out loud.
The bus driver asked him politely to stop, but police say Vidale continued to use profanity, this time directed at the bus driver.
At that time, the driver stopped the bus and told Vidale it was time to get off.
On his way out, Vidale decided to have a few words with the driver, who was on the bus' phone at that point.
"Fuck ass cracker, get your bitch ass off the phone," Vidale said. "Fuck ass cracker. Fuck ass cracker."
Vidale then got off the bus and, according to the sheriff's office, hurled a large rock at the windshield of the bus, shattering it.

In addition to throwing the "deadly missile," Vidale faces a criminal mischief charge.
The sheriff's office notes that Vidale "has an extensive criminal history which includes acts of violence."
Vidale was most recently arrested on a charge of dealing in stolen property on November 4 and a battery charge on September 24.
He's being held in the Broward County Jail on $7,500 bond.
