Nadine Bruce and her husband, Kevon Stewart, hit up the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Sunday to celebrate her 29th birthday.

But things went sour when the couple began arguing inside their car in the parking lot.

And by "sour," we mean "Kevon went full Mike Tyson on Nadine and bit her ear off."

The altercation happened around 6 a.m. Sunday on the fourth floor of the Lucky Street parking garage.

According to a Seminole Tribe spokesman, a casino security guard noticed the couple fighting as they sat in their Chevy Malibu, and the guard told them to leave the premises.

In response to the security guard's asking the couple to leave, Kevon inexplicably put Nadine in a headlock.

When he let her go, her ear was covered in blood and was dangling off her head.

Seminole Fire Rescue was called in and treated Nadine's injury. They also advised her to get stitches for her wound, because duct tape wasn't gonna fix this. She was then transported to Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines.

Kevon and Nadine, both from Lauderhill, reportedly have been married for two years.

Kevon Stewart, 25, was charged with felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $12,500 in first-appearance court Monday morning.
