She even has a name -- Samara Leneece Seward. The news release says that Seward had planned to turn herself in, only to have a change of plans.

Seward is wanted for stealing the identities of Broward teachers. It so happens that she was imprisoned until May 2010 for stealing the identities of teachers in Martin County.
