A bakery truck traveling on an overpass above I-95 at State Road 84 crashed before dawn and left the cab dangling over the edge. The driver was transported to Broward General Medical Center, and the passenger was reportedly dead.

Rescue crews were able to pull the truck back at about 7:30 this morning so that it was no longer in danger of falling onto the highway below, but officials suggested people take alternate routes to avoid the area if possible.

The truck was from the Tracy Bakery in Palmetto Bay.

UPDATE: There are also reports of an overturned vehicle blocking four lanes of I-95 NB at Hollywood Boulevard. Be careful out there!
