At 11:15 a.m. today, a judge will decide if the sale of Ponzi schemer Sean Healy's ridiculously luxe mansion will go through for $2.46 million. On July 13, the judge had put a "telephone conference call" of the hearing in the hands of court-appointed receiver Melanie Damian, but just yesterday, the judge released instructions for anyone to join in.
