After being arrested twice in January 2010, 24-year-old Ismael Ambrosio decided to show his distaste for law enforcement by getting "Fuck the Police" tattooed across the middle of his face.
Ambrosio managed to avoid jail for more than a year and a half before being arrested in Pinellas County yesterday on a hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
His first arrest came on New Year's Day in 2010, when he was charged with petty theft as well as fraud, for giving a fake ID to a cop.
Ambrosio pleaded no contest to the charges and served a month in the Highlands County jail, according to the county clerk's office.
Records show he was booked again shortly after on a city ordinance violation and was reportedly held by ICE on that occasion too.
Now he's back in the slammer with his fresh face tattoo, first discovered by the Smoking Gun.
