Why celebrate St. Patrick's Day only on Sunday when you can have a three-day long party?
If your pub just happens to be named after Ireland's most famous beverage, then you've really got to bring down the house -- and J.G. McGuinness in Weston is hosting its second annual Irish Fest this weekend -- complete with live music, bagpipers, Irish dancers, local vendors, food, and (of course) lots of Guinness).
Danny Szymanski, co-owner of J.G. McGuinness, said the second annual festival will be bigger and better than last year's inagural event. "We're looking forward to a fantastic weekend of fun with great food, and awesome entertainment." 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Face painting and bounce house
3 p.m. - 7 p.m.Live performance by Goodfellas
7 p.m. - 8 p.m. Irish Dancing performed by Aranmore Academy of Irish Dance
8 p.m. - midnight Live performance by Zero Point Zero
Sunday, March 17 (St. Patrick's Day)
8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Pints and Pancakes benefiting The US Marine Corp Scholarship Foundation. $20.00 per person (while supplies last).
Noon - 4 p.m. Live performance by Hogan's Heroes
8 p.m. - midnight: Closing live performance by Thought Monkey
