Congratulations, you made it through yet another working week. You might as well give yourself a pat on the back to celebrate -- or better yet, a drink or three.

Whether you're hoping to sample some fancy drinks, looking to stroll around with sushi and sake, or longing to hang out at the zoo while drinking beer in the dark, there's something for you to do in South Florida this weekend.

5. Food Truck Safari

Food, fuzzy animals, and having an excuse to get off the couch on a Saturday night are three things most people tend to appreciate. Here's your chance to combine all of the above at the Palm Beach Zoo's Food Truck Safari. Taking place from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday, the event, which benefits a Local Title-1 School, features live music, zookeeper talks, animal training, and close-up encounters. Admission to the park is $5, if you bring three or more approved school supplies (see website for details). Food and beverage -- beer and wine is available -- are not included in admission. Visit palmbeachzoo.org.

4. Chocolate Affair at iBAR

Chocolate-lovers can be rather serious about their little obsession -- we've all seen the candy wrappers hidden under other items in the garbage can. Here's a chance to get it out in the open. On Friday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., iBar at the PGA National Resort & Spa is hosting a chocolate affair. For $25 per adult, $15 per kid, guests can pig out on all-you-can-eat chocolate with other fanatics.

3. Sushi & Stroll

It's hard to find healthy weekend activities. Strolling and sushi are both salubrious. Sake: not so much. On Friday at 5:30 p.m. the Morikami Museum and Gardens is inviting guests to eat, drink, and be merry in the Japanese gardens. Sip craft sake selections -- some sweet, sparkling, creamy, or even in a can -- that you might not find anywhere else in South Florida. Visitors are also invited to indulge in Pan-Asian cuisine from Morikami's Cornell Cafe, Museum Store shopping, and enjoy roaring taiko drum performances by Fushu Daiko. Eight bucks gets you entrance.

2. White Rabbit

Ever wonder what it would be like to fall through "The Rabbit Hole"? Your chance to find out is here. On Saturday, Third Eye Adventures is hosting a Summertime Fairy Tale Festival in Lake Worth's very own version of Wonderland. Participants will jump through the hole at Propaganda, make their way through "Tulgey Wood" at Brogue's Down Under, stop by "The March Hare's House" with Dave's Last Resort & Igots Martiki Bar, sing with the lilies at "The Garden of Living Flowers" at South Shores Tavern, and finish off the trek at "The Queen's Croquet Ground" in Rhum Shak. Fairy tale characters are welcome to join; prizes will be awarded. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $15. Visit gothirdeyeadventures.com.

1. Old Fashioned Pop Up Bar

Summers are for many things: beaches, bikinis, barbecues, drinking. And through the month of August, Stache 1920's Drinking Den is all about getting you drunk, with style of course. Every Friday and Saturday night throughout the month, award winning and head mixologist Nick Nistico from Premier Beverage is taking over the bar with an old fashioned pop up -- as in the drink, not the figure of speech. Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, he'll be highlighting versions of the classic cocktail with products from High West Distillery, Bacardi8, Rhum Clément and Old Forrester.
