FYI: it's still craft beer week. While we're assuming you're starting to get worn out from all of the lovely craft beer events taking place daily, we would suggest you pull it together and rally. The weekend is here and there are still plenty of fun food and drink events. Whether you want to pour out your soul to strangers or just keeping on drinking, we have a list of events for you this weekend.

5. Lush Life for Literacy Benefit Dinner

If you're reading this there's a good chance you enjoy bending your elbow. Why not use thirsty habit for a good cause? On Sunday, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is sponsoring the first annual Lush for Life Benefit at City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill. Taking place at 5:30 p.m., the five course dinner costs $150 per person. 4. Open Mic Night

Think you're going to be the next big songstress, musician, poet, artists, comedian, or whatever else? Well, you've got to start somewhere. The Second Cup in Pembroke Pines is hosting an open mic night Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. In addition to coffee, the spot will be serving treats and sandwiches. 3.Suckling Pig Dinner

Roast pig is all over the place in South Florida, but suckling pig is another story. This Friday and Saturday the Ambry will be serving up a special suckling pig dinner starting at 5 p.m. For $21 you get a portion a portion of pig, dumplings, cabbage, and access to the salad bar. The spot is currently taking reservations, but the dinner is first come, first served and the seatings are limited. Call 954-771-7342, or visit ambryrestaurant.net.

2. Organic Food and Wine Tasting

Food can be a contentious issue. It's not enough to eat well these days, you have to eat ethically. DIG Restaurant and Delray Wellness Village are hosting an organic food and wine tasting event Friday at 4 p.m. for Food Revolution Day. The free event will host food speakers and, of course, food. 1. Old School Beerfest

Yes, you've been checking out individual craft beer events all over town, but this is the big one. Old School Beerfest is being held at Delray Center for the Arts on Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. Live music, over 50 beers, wine, and food trucks will be onsite .
