Chef Davy Devaux's makesushi.org site has easy tutorials for everything from a basic spicy tuna roll to an egg omelet roll. But what's really amazing is his Santa sushi roll.

Chef Devaux turns tuna, crab sticks, carrots, sushi rice, and nori sheets into the most adorable (and delicious) version of St. Nick in the universe. Follow the recipe on his website, then watch the step by step tutorial to make it yourself.

What's most amazing is that the seeming mess you've put together really turns into Santa once it's sliced. In a nutshell? Christmas cookies are out. Santa sushi is in.
