It looks like something dodgy may have gone down at South Shore Tavern and Patio Bar this morning.

Fire crews were called to the popular Lake Worth bar in the early hours of the morning to extinguish the flames. According to reports, authorities are suspecting foul play.

The Palm Beach Post reports that firefighters were called to the scene at 5:19 a.m.

Initial accounts have revealed that the fire occurred on the back patio, damaging the awning, ice machine, and fence in the pre-dawn blaze. The incident is currently considered suspect, because a burglar alarm went off within the hours before crews were called to the scene.

No injuries were incurred in the incident and firefighters have since vacated the scene.
