A Jamaican woman was caught with mounds of cocaine stuffed inside her bra as she tried to walk through customs like it was all good. The woman was arrested at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on August 2, according to a news release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The woman was allegedly hiding more than two pounds of yeyo in her bra as she tried to pass customs.

During customs inspection, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents say they spotted a white powdery substance on the woman that tested positive for cocaine.

In all, the CBP agents say the woman — who is identified only as a Jamaican citizen — had stuffed 2.7 pounds of coke into her bra in an attempt to smuggle the drug into Fort Lauderdale. The cocaine was seized and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations.

"This is another excellent example of our CBP officers' expertise in preventing dangerous drugs from entering the United States," said Port Director Jorge Roig via a news release. "CBP officers demonstrate vigilance, integrity, and professionalism on a daily basis."

This is the second time in a matter of weeks that the CBP has busted someone trying to smuggle cocaine into Fort Lauderdale stuffed inside undergarments.

On August 12, a Bahamian man was caught trying to bring about two pounds of cocaine into Port Everglades inside his socks.

The man was spotted acting nervously during an inspection. According to the CBP, the man allegedly began moving items around inside his luggage as they questioned him during the routine inspection. As they inquired further, the agents spotted two bricks of cocaine taped to his ankles. They also discovered two more bricks inside the man's luggage.

The CBP does a screening of all people, vehicles, and goods that enter into the United States and is the primary organization within Homeland Security tasked with an antiterrorism mission throughout the nation's ports. According to the CBP website, the agency's mission includes carrying out border-related duties, including narcotics interdiction; enforcing immigration and trade laws; and protecting the nation's food supply and agriculture industry from pests and diseases.

The CBP says that a typical day brings nearly 1 million visitors into the United States. The agency also screens 67,000 cargo containers on average and arrests more than 1,100 individuals and seizes nearly six tons of illicit drugs.
