Broward and Palm Beach Counties are doing their part today to commemorate the 14th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks. The American Legion is hosting a free 9/11 Memorial Concert at ArtsPark at Young Circle, located at 1 North Young Circle in Hollywood, tonight.
The concert, which will feature the American Legion Symphonic Band, will also include the Florida Police Pipe and Drum Corp and will be a tribute to military personnel, law enforcement, and fire departments.
The event begins at 7:30 p.m.
Earlier in the day, the Broward Sheriff's Office held their 8th annual Patriot Day Memorial Ceremony at the Signature Grand. The ceremony honored those who gave their lives on 9/11.

Meanwhile, the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office put out a video honoring first responders of 9/11.
