In 2014, McCutchen — at the time a chef at 3030 Ocean — captivated audiences (and even managed to impress the mercurial Gordon Ramsay) with her talent, winning the head chef position at his Pub & Grill located at Caesars Atlantic City.
Now, after a successful first year with Pub & Grill, McCutchen has new plans. The chef recently announced she is looking forward to pursuing her ultimate dream: becoming a private chef with a career in event catering.
In the meantime, the celebrity chef and 3030 Ocean protégé is returning for a limited stint to her former stomping grounds at Fort Lauderdale's Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, where she will reunite with mentor and executive chef Adrienne Grenier.
To celebrate the reunion, the restaurant will debut a special menu in honor of the return. From Sunday, April 3, through Wednesday, April 6, 3030 Ocean will offer guests a chance to order a four-course dinner
created by McCutchen.
The menu, priced at $79 per person with an optional wine pairing for $36, will be available nightly. Dishes will include a starter course, two main dishes, and a dessert.
