"In December, I got in the studio and figured out a new sound. I wanted to grow musically and experiment. I started out as pop/rap, and I've slowly started singing more." Miller tells New Times. "Overnight is all singing. We did 100 songs to get it down to the seven on there. Every time we put out a song we wanted it to be better than the last But it worked. People who never heard me before are reaching out to me."
Though he's now based in Southern California, Miller says South Florida shaped him as a person and as an entertainer. "I owe a lot to Weston. I grew up there for 22 years surrounded by great people. Weston helped me keep my head on my shoulders when I moved to LA since this is such a crazy city."
Moving to Los Angeles felt like the natural move for Miller since he hopes to be more than just a pop star. He recently signed with Wilhemina Models, a modeling agency. "I started going out to auditions and campaigns. Music is still my number-one passion." He said his dream is to follow the career path of Justin Timberlake. "That's my all time idol. NSync was my favorite and I owe a lot of my music to them. Timberlake is a great looking dude, and he's funny on Saturday Night Live. I'd like to make myself a household name as a musician and move on from there.""Weston helped me keep my head on my shoulders when I moved to LA."

Miller will be making a homecoming August 26 as he opens for Fifth Harmony at Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre. He's excited about showing off his new sound backed by a live bass player and drummer. "There's nothing like playing a hometown show. It's a whole other level when friends and families are in the crowd. They've been watching me since I put out my first song, so it's energetic with a lot of fun and positivity. I always want to make happy music that people can relate to."
