Oktoberfest at Biergarten Boca Raton
Biergarten Boca Raton (Royal Palm Place, 309 Via De Palmas #90, Boca Raton ) will kick off its Oktoberfest. Included in the festivities is a performance by Pompano Beach High School marching band, a German dancing band, keg tapping with the mayor, a liter holding contest, and $5 Warsteiner Oktoberfest pints. Funky Buddha Oktoberfest
Funky Buddha (4000 N. Dixie Hwy., Oakland Park) will kick off its Oktoberfest weekend with live German music, lawn games, and authentic German-style beer and food. There will also be rides, craft vendors, stein races, a "Dachshund Dash," beer barrel races, an apple-strudel-eating contest, and more. This starts at 5 p.m. and will last throughout the weekend. Biergarten Oktoberfest Continues
Biergarten Boca Raton will showcase a Warsteiner beer truck and pig roast for a continuation of its Oktoberfest. There will also be German bands, liter holding contests, bratwurst-eating contests, $5 Left Hand "Oktoberfest" pints, $5 Jagermeister shots, and $5 Warsteiner Oktoberfest pints. Rock the Dock
Shooters Waterfront (3003 NE 32 Ave., Fort Lauderdale) will host the Rock the Dock outdoor concert series from 3 to 10 p.m. Along with live music and food specials, there will be two $10 specialty pink cocktails, Tito’s Lemonade, and Tito’s Classic Cosmos. All proceeds of these drinks will benefit the Women’s Breast and Heart Initiative throughout October. The dock will also be lit up in pink. Visit shooterswaterfront.com.

Avocado Margarita at Cantina Laredo Modern Mexican
Cantina Laredo Modern Mexican (501 Silks Run in Hallandale in the Village of Gulfstream Park) will serve an avocado margarita for a limited time. Croquetesa Burger at Pincho Factory

Seasonal Hatch Chile Items at Habit Burger Grill
