gushes enough blood to stain the bottom half of the bun red. It looks

impressive, and that’s before you even taste it. At Gilbert’s 17th Street Grill, a sunny, family-run restaurant in the Harbor Shops of Fort Lauderdale, the half-pound, all-Angus burgers have won some fair bit of acclaim. And that acclaim is well worth it. Juicy, beefy, thick, and well-charred, these are some serious sandwiches, each served with a variety of toppings and a horde of hand-cut French fries.
