96. The Morning Glory at Rok:Brgr

This ten-ounce certified Angus beef burger is hand-ground daily, packed loosely, and grilled to requested doneness. Between a toasted sesame bun lies thick-cut, hickory-smoked bacon, American cheese, and a fried egg. When it arrives, push up your sleeves before the first bite and prepare for a delicious mess, as juice and yolk douse the bun and your plate. What’s better than egg yolk as a hamburger condiment?

Rok:Brgr
has quickly become a Himmarshee institution, having just celebrated its one-year anniversary in December. Watch this space for the changeup on cocktails; the new cocktail menu will feature drinks to showcase a collection of 30-plus bourbons.

Speaking of burgers, don’t forget to head over to the New Times Readers’ Poll to cast your vote for the area’s best burger.
