It’s once again that time in the month when Clean Plate Charlie takes stock of the dining scene, listing off the newbies, the dearly (and not-so-dearly) departed, and projects coming down the pike in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Activity was slow in comparison to July — find the list of July openings and closings here — but with so many restaurants on deck, this fall should prove to keep the CPC crew plenty busy.
