a sophisticated crowd. The long bar, and the tall, round tables in front of it, provide
plenty of room to grab a place to mingle and/or watch the game on the
two flat-screens behind the bar. The seemingly endless number of lights
(recessed in the ceiling, accenting the booze, table lamps, even lights
under the bar) manages to be tasteful and not overwhelming. But the real
selling point of the place, other than the design and décor, is the
sweeping view of the water and the yachts the size of hotels docked in
it.

The Verdict: The deal here is comparable, if not equal, to the well-known
Happy Hour at the venerable Mai-Kai. The hours are even similar. This
is fitting, as at both you get an assortment of cocktails, and a small
selection of food to cut it with, at an unusually affordable price.
