According to NBC’s Washington bureau,  President Obama, who turns 50 tomorrow, waited at the counter like every other patron. When it came time to settle the tab, he not only paid for his party but for a random woman waiting in line next to him.

The birthday group included Office of Management and Budget Director Jack Lew,

Nabors, Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy
