“There is nothing like this here,” said Kolotova.
“We wanted to open a restaurant in Hollywood because of the tourism and its access to the ocean. We think it will be very successful.”
Organic pale ale, wheat beer, and stout will debut with the restaurant’s opening, brewed on the premises with equipment the partners sent over from Hungary. Though homebrew is the showcase, the restaurant will also feature a selection of bottled beers.
The menu features German standards such as schnitzel and pretzels. Sausages are made in-house, and ribs are smoked on the premises.
