Paris is in town, and we don’t mean Paris Hilton.
Actually, we mean Paris in Town, Le Bistro, a new, larger and more ambitious eatery coming to Palm Beach Gardens from the Beni and Diane Himmich, one-time residents of the real Paris and proprietors of Paris in Town, Le Café of North Palm Beach.
Slated to debut sometime in June in Downtown at the Gardens, Le Bistro will be open for lunch, brunch and dinner, offering all the usual French bistro culinary suspects, from steak au poivre, coq au vin and boeuf Bourguignon to escargots, paté, and French wines and Belgian beers.
That’s the kind of Paris we can live with.
