A.J. Yaaris knows all about the rowdy history of Fort Lauderdale Beach. He’s been working there since he was 16 and is the proprietor of many of the strip’s bars and restaurants — Spazio, Sangrias, Rock Bar, St. Barts Coffee Co., and the infamous watering hole Dirty Blondes. But his latest venture, Tsukuro, is a sign of a more refined, grown-up Fort Lauderdale, serving sophisticated sushi, briny sea urchin, buttery toro, and caviar.
