Lake Worth's hottest date spot just got hotter with the addition of the Next Level. Bizaare has indeed grown up -- the new second story, which has the feel of a typical New Orleans supper club -- has a separate kitchen, a more luxe atmosphere, a piano, a full liquor bar, a Saturday-evening jazz singer, and a menu that moves beyond the wraps and pizzas served downstairs. The food, alas, could use a dose of inspiration -- dishes that sound great, like a duck spring roll, a crispy crab cake, or a green tomato napoleon, repeat the same flavor notes and never quite distinguish themselves. Still, a beautiful spot, romantic and atmospheric, well worth a visit.
