Dirty Martini is Palm Beach County’s newest offering from the dark prince of late-night hot spots, Cleve Mash (Feelgoods, Monarchy). This upscale martini lounge nails the casual-chic formula, with a chilled-out atmosphere and heavy mixing performed by bartenders who have been through rigorous training and testing. A premium martini list ($12 to $16) brims with twists on classic favorites, and the food menu offers gastropub-style small plates with an Asian bent ($8 to $18). Try the Charlie Sheen dirty martini (note the three olives cuddling on the toothpick), paired with shrimp and vegetable egg rolls, a surprisingly greaseless taste explosion accented by the chef’s own kimchee sweet-and-sour dipping sauce. Dirty draws in the young professionals with a nightly dose of free entertainment and a trifecta of bars (outdoor patio, stage, and upper-level lounge). Rooms are swathed in dark, warm wood paneling and accented with glittering glass chandeliers. The interior bar transforms to a dance floor for events like Wednesday’s ladies’ night.
