This vibrantly designed Asian restaurant, owned by the Breakers of Palm Beach, features dishes from China, Thailand, Japan, and Vietnam, categorized according to the elements: wind ("small plates to start your journey"), water ("beverages and sushi"), fire ("from the grill, wok, and fry pan"), earth ("from the land and sea"), and flavor ("desserts and sweets"). The Palm Beach set shows up to rave over Thai curry chicken, Hong Kong-style noodles, Cantonese black cod, and Mongolian beef - and desserts like mandarin orange cheesecake excel. An undulating sushi bar in the Dragonfly Lounge runs the length of the room and serves Asian beers, imported sakes, and elaborate specialty cocktails. Great for celeb-spotting.
