Owned and operated by veteran Pizza Maker Tom Sellick--not actor Tom Selleck--Spadini’s Mizner Pizzeria is trying to appease the pizza snobs of the sixth borough. So it’s the water that makes New York pies super to anything you can find in South Florida. Boom, Sellick’s got that covered. The Long Island native brings in shipments of dough straight from up north, multiple times per week. Complain about that one, New Yorkers. In addition to its pizza, the Boca Raton shop specializes in an array of New York Italian favorites like lasagna, stuffed shells, and hoagies. Keep an eye out for the spot’s daily specials.
