But at least the concept - pan-Asian fare - is fun, particularly the fresh vegetable bar, where you get to concoct your own stir-fry dishes. Not every menu item is successful, but you can count on big flavors and large portions with the Hong Kong steak, Thai curry chicken, or Vietnamese pho. Grilled salmon is particularly fresh, and it's prepared with wasabi. Order won tons stuffed with bananas and white chocolate and covered with caramel sauce for a rich dessert.
