You wouldn't think there'd be a smidgen of space left for one more sushi joint in all of South Florida, but Sushi Room actually fills a niche. There's no other sushi bar within driving distance that serves such creative Japanese dishes at such reasonable prices, or one where the kitchen stays open until 2 a.m., turning out Kobe and fois gras rolls while a DJ spins house music. The food is fun, fresh, and imaginative -- from flash-fried baby bok choy that melts in your mouth to stone-grilled lobster and whole fresh fish poached in wine. You can get a dollop of caviar on everything if you're willing to pay the price. A long list of classic and flavored sakes is served by the bottle or in bamboo flagons.
