Remember when you were a kid, that one house everyone hung out at? The Kelsey Theater is the grown up equivalent of that. What was once a successful indie film house and rock music venue has been transformed into an independently run, community-based theater that focuses on bringing culture to the surrounding areas through film, music and the performing arts. Whether taking in a movie or comedy show while relaxing in our bistro style seating, or enjoying a standing room only concert in the only 500 person venue between Orlando and Ft Lauderdale we hope to provide you with a truly one of a kind experience. The Kelsey Theater is located in an unassuming building that is at the center of an art and culture revival. Lake Park, known as Kelsey City back in the 20s, was known for its working-class community and a hotspot for wealthy Palm Beachers to enjoy the arts. We are bringing that back!
