It seems Alkaline Trio visits South Florida every couple of months. Now that's not a bad thing at all, especially since they're one of the best poppy/dark punk bands still making music. But the big news here is Saves the Day is coming with them, and it seems like a decade since they've been here. In fact it hasn't been all that long, but it's great to see these two pair up for a tour. Fast paced power chords, more bitter lyrics than your middle school notebooks, and a crowd filled with randomly bleached bangs and thick eyeliner add up to one hell of a night. Tickets run $18 and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.
