Chief Keef With Robb Bank$ at Revolution Live on August 9

Chief Keef is not a sentimental dude. When the Chicago rapper was approached by the city's newspaper, the Tribune, and asked how it felt to perform in front of his largest hometown crowd at the Pitchfork Music Festival, Keef said, "This? This ain't s---." Similarly, when Rolling Stone caught up with him at a New York City concert, the young MC was rather distant and provided little more than "half-mumbled, one-word responses." But what do you expect from a 17-year-old kid who's getting advice from Kanye West? According to the Tribune, 'Ye advised Keef to stop giving interviews and likely triggered the rapper's snobbish disposition. But that doesn't mean there's nothing to talk about. Keef recently signed with Interscope Records, a deal worth a rumored $3 million. He's also getting ready to drop his own pair of Beats headphones and is reportedly making upward of $10,000 per gig. Not bad for a jit with a bit of talent.
