Promoting his humorous brand of slackness, he packs his albums with bawdy rhymes, though he has relaxed his almost militant macho pose the last few years and added songs that decry racism and discrimination. However, the albino Jamaican promises that his serious run-ins with throat and skin cancer haven't hurt his bedroom prowess one iota. "Sex is healthy," declares the boasting toaster.
