Memorial Day weekend is rapidly approaching. So in case you didn't see our Memorial Day party list we put out this week (or can't afford it) we thought we'd give you some more — and cheaper — weekend options. Starting on Thursday, we have live art, crazy genres of music, and a 90's prom. Need we say more?

Saturday is National Punk Rock and Hip-hop Funk Day. Okay, it’s not. We lied. But Fort Lauderdale’s Crafti Bar is partying like it is with bands Brown & Not Spices. There will also be plenty of drink specials like $5 Sex on the Beach, Champagne, Long Island Iced Tea, Fireball and $3 bottled beer.
2. The 9th Ever '80's Prom

Sunday, May 24 at Respectable Street. 518 Clematis St, West Palm Beach. No cover. Visit Facebook

There has never been a better time to raid your parents’ closet. It’s Respectable Street’s ninth ever 80’s prom, and you‘ll need plenty of bangles and obnoxiously loud shoulder pad dresses to chose from. With spiked punch all night and the opportunity to recreate cheesy prom pics, this will be way better than your actual high school prom. There will also be prizes for the best dressed Prom King and Queen.
