A coalition of Miami's local techno talent can be found this Saturday
night playing under one roof at the grand opening of the new weekly Techno Loft party at Space. This opening will double as a CD
release party for local producer Simon Wish's new "Road To Berlin"
record on his Sleaze Tech label. Local DJs Sabox, Dsan Powell, Mario
Liberti and residents Maurizio and Danyelino will take turns on decks
spinning funky minimal grooves and will keep the action going until noon
the next day. The promoters behind this new night have promised some mind-blowing regular DJ bookings from the international techno underground. Let's hope they truly deliver and deliver us from Space's trashy commercial sway.
The Techno Loft at Space. Saturday, May 2, at 11 p.m. 34 NE 11 St., downtown Miami.
