Midnight Conspiracy DJ Collective to Hit Flaunt Thursday

In cities across the country, party kids with great haircuts and obscure musical tastes go out at night to commune with like-styled radsters. For the past two years in Chicago, a collective called Members Only AV has attracted this crowd with wild indie-electro dance parties at lofts and nightclubs all over the Windy City. They also make their own T-shirts and run an electronic music blog called membersonlyav.com.

The three DJs at the heart of the collective are Graham Geren, Louis Kha, and Mikul Wing, who spin as a unit called Midnight Conspiracy. The group has gathered enough steam from remixes of Chromeo's "Night by Night" and Crystal Castles' "Crimewave" (among others available on their SoundCloud page) that they are already on their second national tour since June. The first, the "Dead Fame Tour," took them to such cities as Phoenix, Detroit, and Austin. "Arcanum Arcanorum," the much bigger fall tour, brings a taste of Chicago's underground indie dance scene to party-hungry hipsters all over the country, with seven stops in Florida alone.
