Country fans, brace yourselves for the taurine-fueled Country Throwdown 2010 tour, which will overwhelm Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach on May 15. The tour, sponsored by RockStar Energy Drink, boasts country roughnecks Montgomery Gentry, Jamey Johnson, Jack Ingram, and Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses. If Bingham's name sounds familiar, it's not only because George Clooney's character in Up in the Air had that moniker, but also because he just won an Oscar for Best Original Song for "The Weary Kind (Theme From Crazy Heart)."
Tickets for the event -- also featuring Little Big Town, the Eli Young Band, Eric Church, the Lost Trailers, Jonathan Singleton and the Grove, Heidi Newfield, and Emily West -- hit pre-sale this Friday. Sign up for a reminder here.
