As we have said before, now in its 14th year, the festival boasts more than 100 varieties of beer from around the world, and for anyone of a legal drinking age, this means four hours (or five for VIPs) of delightful consumption in Esplanade Park.

"Beerfest has been one of South Florida's biggest outdoor parties for more than a decade now," New Times Publisher Anthony Gordon said. "We're committed to making this year's event even better, and moving it to November will help make that happen."

New Times Beerfest 2011. 7 p.m. (6 p.m. VIP and Early Entry) Saturday, November 12 at Esplanade Park, 20 N. New River Drive, Downtown Fort Lauderdale. More information coming shortly.
