Nobodys Hero's CD Release Show Tomorrow At Churchill's

When we last checked in with Miami's Nobodys Hero, they were about to embark on a Florida tour with punk icons NOFX and the Bouncing Souls. Unwilling to rest on their laurels, the South Florida foursome is formally celebrating the release of their self-titled debut at Churchill's tomorrow night.

In a recent review of their CD, our brothers at the Miami New Times called it, "12 tracks of straight-ahead fury," which we agree with, except we might've said, "12 tracks of straight-ahead mother-fucking-fire-spitting fury."

For those of you who don't know, Nobodys Hero is fronted by Against All Authority's Joe Koontz. And, in the hopes of seeming redundant -- for those of you who don't know, Against All Authority was not only one of the biggest punk rock bands in Miami in the 90s, but the whole punk rock world. AAA fought the man, sometimes the man fought back, and no matter how many cheap billy clubs to the gut they took, they kept fighting back.

Nobodys Hero takes AAA's "fuck authority" stance to a more personal level. It's really refreshing to see four hometown young men tear shit up and incite miniature riots in the form of circle pits. Tomorrow's show is for anyone who has ever been pulled over, arrested or been asked to stop grinding the rail at the Greenery Mall.

Nobodys Hero Record Release Show, Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Churchills Pub, 5501 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL with Enough, To Be Hated, The 707s, M-66 and DJ Skidmark
