Local rock powerhouse of sorts, Nonpoint is the first act confirmed for the forthcoming Revolution & Poorhouse Music Festival, SunSentinel.com reports. Neither of the participating downtown Fort Lauderdale venues has confirmed much in terms of the scope of the festival, but it is expected to include 20 bands on five stages. Our guess is that America's Backyard and Green Room would be included in the layout for the May 6 event as well.
According to Live Nation, the fest is a go, and more details will be available shortly.
